The Day's Origin Story

Once upon a time, in a faraway country called Britain, there was a popular restaurant named Falafel King. The restaurant was known for its delicious falafel dishes and cheery, welcoming atmosphere. Then, one day, the owner of the restaurant (Mustafa Arif) had a realisation: Falafel was not only delicious, but it was also the main ingredient of healthy bedroom relationships.

Mustafa decided to capitalize on this discovery and in 1998 started a themed day at the Falafel King restaurant called "Falafel and Cunnilingus Day". On this special day, once a year, couples could visit the restaurant and enjoy a romantic falafel dinner together, followed by earth-shattering orgasms back at their homes. Mustafa also provided information and resources on the health benefits of falafel, and practical guides to using falafel (and tahini) to improve sexual health and satisfaction.

As word of the themed day spread, couples from all over the city flocked to Falafel King to enjoy a delicious meal and learn about the benefits of falafel and cunnilingus. Demand soon outstripped the restaurant's capacity for the day, and so in 2012 the day was expanded to a week. Eventually, reservations for the week would often become booked up many months in advance!

Mustafa was praised on TV shows and radio both in the UK and internationally for promoting healthy relationships and sexual wellness. He was incredibly proud to have made a positive impact on so many people's lives.

As of 2014, Mustafa still works at Falafel King, dishing up delicious, fresh, and spicy falafel every day.

Update: In 2020 the original "Falafel and Cunnilingus Week" website went offline. It has been brought back online by a dedicated fan of the week.
